Our scholarships are designed to support people who can positively impact their customers and the community, but find it hard to get the funding for training. COVID has increased the vulnerability of the workforce and business owners around the world. We want to help people who need to improve their skills to make a difference. The CX Institute has now opened up scholarships globally for the Lean CX Online Certification.
According to Founder and Director, Sarah Daly:
Delivering great customer experiences is fundamental for business success, and we know that not everyone can get the funding or support they need to learn how. We give education scholarships to people who we think will become the future of delivering remarkable experiences to their customers, and their communities.
Current scholarships: We offer one scholarship per month into our Lean CX Online Certification program. We are most likely to grant a scholarship to those who are:
Currently under-employed due to COVID and the Lean CX Certification would help you secure a new role.
A business owner who has declining revenue and needs a new source of income to help secure their staff.
Likely to ‘pay it forward’ into their local community and share what they have learned with others.
