A serial entrepreneur, she champions the philosophy of human centred design and is passionate about creating businesses that people want to interact with. Sarah is currently doing her PhD, researching trust and artificial intelligence.
Dr Robert Dew
Robert is our Academic Director. He is a customer experience innovation expert and the author of ‘Customer Experience Innovation: How to get a lasting market edge’. His new book ‘Lean CX’ is due for release in 2021. Robert has lectured MBA’s at 8 universities across Europe, Asia and Australia and is a Principal in CapFeather.

Cyrus is an Industry Advisor in our programs. He is a customer strategy and customer experience transformation expert who has led 200+ advisory projects with over 100 organisations, is the Managing Partner in CapFeather and a guest lecturer at Melbourne Business School.
